The story

I learned finance by carrying real responsibility.

My work developed inside the operational side of business—where transactions, reconciliations, reporting deadlines, cash needs, budgets, controls, and imperfect records all collide. That environment taught me that financial knowledge is valuable only when it improves the quality of the work and the decisions that follow.

As my responsibilities expanded into financial operations across multiple companies, I became increasingly interested in the space between accounting output and management action: What happened? Why did it happen? What does it mean? What should the organization do next?

That pursuit led through a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, an MBA with a Finance emphasis, advanced investment study, QuickBooks certifications, and the continued development of Frizzell Finance. This website is where those ideas become clear explanations, practical frameworks, and systems other people can use.

Ambition needs an architecture. These principles connect personal development, business education, and professional service.

A meaningful reason provides the energy to begin.

Understanding improves the quality of the path.

03 · Systems

Produce results.

Repeatable execution turns intention into evidence.

04 · Legacy

Give it meaning.

The work should strengthen something beyond the moment.

The whole person matters.

Professional ambition does not exist in isolation. I am also a husband and father, an early-morning lifter, a guitarist and songwriter, and a builder working across several long-term goals.

Those responsibilities create the real test: whether discipline, planning, financial judgment, and ambition can coexist with family, health, creativity, and integrity.
